Dear Experts,

I need you help to properly claim points and fill-up EE profile.

I understand for "Case-A" I can only claim points for Bachelor's Degree as the 'Advanced Diploma' is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.

For "Case-B", may I claim points for Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees? or only for Bachelor's Degree?

Any suggestion in this regard will be much appreciated. CASE details (WES ECA report excerpt) given below.

Thanks,

Sheikh :)

##Case-A (Self):

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY: Bachelor's degree (four years)

1. Country: United Kingdom
Credential: Advanced Diploma
Awarded by: School of Business and Law
Institution Status: Non-recognized
Major/Specialization: Business Studies
Canadian Equivalency: Two years of post-secondary study at a non-recognized institution
Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential

2. Country: United Kingdom
Credential: Bachelor of Arts (Honours)
Awarded by: University of Gloucestershire
Institution Status: Recognized
Major/Specialization: Business Studies
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

##Case-B (Spouse):

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY: Bachelor's degree (four years)

1. Country: Bangladesh
Credential: Bachelor of Business Administration
Year: 2011

Bachelors for both cases. Because that's the overall Canadian equivalence summary in both cases.

Asivad, for Case B.. can't points be claimed for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees?"
I think, Yes.

Not really. Unless that MBA was indeed a 4 year course (which it obviously wasn't). WES hasn't indicated that the OP's spouse has 2 distinct degrees worth 7 (3+4) years of Canadian education. They've indicated that both degrees cumulatively add up to a 4 year Canadian Bachelors degree.
