I dont have OINP AOR and my file was sent on 16th Nov.
In my packet to OINP under human capital scheme, I Included a printout of the E version of ECA report send to me by WES. Now some people say that my package will be returned to me by Ontario because of printout of E version of ECA but when I send OINP a mail i got this reply
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your correspondence.
Your application package has been received in our office and is in queue for review by an officer.
If the application is complete, you will receive an acknowledgement letter from OINP by email to indicate that your application has been accepted by this office.
If the application is not complete, the entire application package will be returned to you by Purolator including the payment. For the purposes of assessing completeness, the application will not be returned due solely to the submission of the soft copy of the ECA.
What is the final opinion,also I send them a email to include scans of the hardcopy of ECA reports for which I got a reply from OINP as

Please wait until you receive an acknowledgement letter from OINP by e-mail before sending any updates to your file, other than updates to your contact information (e-mail address, mailing address). The acknowledgement will contain a file number, which you will reference in all future correspondence. The documents you have sent attached to the e-mail below will not be added to your file.
Should I send them a copy of ECA from WES as per new requirement to prevent from my file being returned by them? Also are we to send copies of spouse from WES to OINP?
