I've had my university degree recognized by WES 3 years ago without any problems. Now I was looking into getting an ECA for my husband's high school diploma to get some extra points on my Express Entry profile. Unfortunately, his high school doesn't have any records anymore of the classes he took or the grades he had. All we have is his diploma on paper.
WES provides a Document-by-Document evaluation in this case, but they won't answer me if this is sufficient for the IRCC. Anyone have any experience with this? If the Document-by-Document evaluation is not sufficient to receive extra points, it's not worthwhile to start an application with WES.
