ECA Needed?

I have a 1-year master's from Canada and a 4 year bachelors from the US. I am currently on PGWP and I am not from the US.

Do I need to get an ECA? Has anyone had success with submitting without an ECA?

No, you don't.

If you have a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate, you do not need to get an ECA for that credential.
