ECA from WES, ICES or IQAS?

Hi Guys,

I recently found out that, WES does not recognize MBA done in India as equivalent to Master's degree in Canada.
I found 2 more names which does ECA, IQAS and ICES. Which one is preferred? & Why?

Details:
I have done, 4 years Bachelor's Degree from Gujarat Technological University, 2 year full time MBA from Symbiosis International University.
