ECA from WES for express entry

Hello all

I am a new applicant for express entry and i am pretty confused about my ECA . Do any one know if i have to attest my copies of mark sheets from registrar of university or i have to produce a new transcripts from university.?

Kindly look at the WES website, it clearly states the requirement for each country. It is different for different countries. Please mention where you are from, so that I can help you.
