ECA from WES for 3 years diploma and BS degree from India

Hi All, i read through all of the forum and couldn't find related thread supporting my question, hence posting one now. I live and work in the united states on L1A visa and applying for Permanent Residence in Canada.
I gave IELTS test and now looking to apply ECA with one of the recommended credential evaluation agencies, that’s where i need help. I did my diploma in instrumentation technology from S.I.T, Tamilnadu and i did my bachelors degree in BITS, Pilani through work oriented learning program (distance learning). Is anyone having experience in evaluating BS degree ( engineering technology) with WES with a bachelors degree earned through distance learning program? Is there any preference in choosing credential evaluation agencies for a distance learning to avoid reevaluating? Appreciate your help!

I think BITS is approved in WES. You can choose that.

My Masters degree was a distance learning and it was accepted as Masters.

Hi Preeth Singh- did you do your evaluation with WES?
I was told by an visa consulting agency to go with IQAS to evaluate my education because of the fact that they accept distance learning degrees without much trouble. Do you have or anybody have any experience with agency IQAS?
I was told by an online transcript service that IQAS demand transcripts are to be sent directly from the university, no third party intervention allowed, but WES is accepting third party to send transcripts (I am in the United States and I am trying to get my transcripts through “True Transcript” and let them send my transcripts to WES/IQAS). Appreciate your help!

Please share your experience for distance learning course through WES vs IQAS..Also I heard IQAS takes lot of time to review and send evaluation report
