ECA from IQAS - First Step (Help Needed)

Dear All,
My spouse will be primary applicant and we're going to start ECA from IQAS.
Her NOC is 3012
She has below mentioned education background:
Diploma in nursing - 3 year
Diploma in midwifery - 1 year
Bachelor of science in nursing - 2 year
BSC Nursing Post NR - 2 year
Master of arts - 1 year

I've been asked and guided by friends that I should only evaluate the Both Bachelor Degrees and Master Degree, So Please advise>
