ECA for Viswa Bharathi University, Raipur (Chhattisgarh), India

Dear All,

I've done my UG from Viswa Bharathi University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh [http://vbuonline.com/]. I am not able to find my university listed in the WES accepted university list. Though the list says that we can still apply and check.
What are the chances to have the ECA cleared provided i have a MBA from Dr. CV Raman University [http://www.cvru.ac.in/] as well?

I wanted to know about any past experiences and also to see if it is worth trying with IQAS/ BCIT?
