Dear all,
We are preparing all the required documents for Express Entry and unfortunately facing the problem with WES ECA. According to them if the secondary school diploma is issued in the Netherlands, the graduation certificate shall be provided by the institution in the sealed and signed envelope. Next to that WES states that if the certificate is not in English or French, it has to be translated to EN. Unfortunately this particular Dutch institution issues documents indeed in Dutch only..... So how to translate it if the certificate should be given directly to WES or in a sealed envelope??
Did anyone form the fellows with NL diplomas had the same issue?
Thank you so much!
Zhanna
