If I am applying for migration including my wife,Do We need to get ECA from WES for my spouse as well or only she needs to write IELTS only?

If your CRS is not reaching 430 then definitely get ECA and IELTS for your wife. It will increase your chances of getting a PR.

Get an ECA, if your points are less than 450.

Suggestion is to get her ECA Done as it would be helpful even if she apply for any course after reaching Canada as a PR Candidate. It Does makes a difference.
