ECA for Post Graduate Diploma in Managment

Hey all,
Has anyone had any experience in getting their Post Graduate Diploma in Managment evaluated? My wife has her PGDM done from not an ivy league autonomous college. Although the college was govt. of India accredited college. I wanted to explore if anyone else had done this and what was their experience? Did you get a Masters equivalence or get the two or more bachelor degree?

It purely depends on the university of PGDM course.

And if PGDM was for two years, then you will get Masters else Diploma
