Hi, I wish to ask if ECA or WES Evaluation is mandatory for PNP of all the provinces? I have completed two graduate certificate programs through recognized colleges in Canada. But, if I don't do WES evaluation for my previous Indian education, can I enter the Express Entry pool in case I get a full-time permanent job in one of the province? I am planning to do my WES evaluation later after getting a full-time job for PNP. So, once I get a full-time job, can I start my PNP process by entering the pool without ECA? Please answer my queries.
