i have PHD in general surgery also master degree and MBBch,when i created my account in physicianapply .com for my ECA they did not mention the list of required document to submit and send to MCC
in MCC also they did not mention it but they said accepted documents are Medical degree or diploma

Postgraduate training
Specialty certificate
Medical license or registration
what documents should i submit??????????????
and how many points will i get as main applicant or as a spouse ???
