ECA for Pharmacist ?- Need information

I am a Pharmacist with NOC code 3131, and my profession is regulated... Before applying for FSW /PNP-NSNP, do I need document evaluation. If so where I have to send for ECA in canada. and how long it is going to take to have ECA done for my credentials.
