ECA for my Degrees

Hi,

I have done Post Graduation M.Sc(I.T) and Under graduation B.Sc(Computer Science) from University of Madras.
I would like to know, to Apply for FSW program. Do I need to get Evaluated(ECA) from WES both the above Degrees or
only Post Graduation should be fine. Please advise me at the earliest. So that i can get transcripts accordingly from my university.

i have got it done only for my masters and WES has sent report for my masters.
but i'm yet to apply in noc 2173.

Those who have got ECA only for master and got PER, please reply.
It will be helpful for us, who are yet to apply.

What i understand is,
1) CIC officer will see ECA report and not any degree certificates.

2) WES gives ECA report for what we want to assess, only master / bachelors+masters / diploma+bachelors+masters.

Ideally, getting only Masters assessed by WES is sufficient to get points for masters degree.
