ECA for MBBS doctor from Bangladesh

I would like to know the ECA procedure for MBBS doctor from Bangladesh. Would doing ECA from WES be okay? Or ECA must me done from physicianapply.ca? Is MBBS from Comilla medical College is recognized by ECFMG? Thanks.

Assume you are aware how difficult it is for physicians to become relicensed in Canada due to the lack of extra residency spots although there are a slightly better chance for specialties like pathologist, psychiatrists, GP (competition still very high) and a few more. If looking to practice would really suggest immigrating to another country.
