ECA for M.Sc chemistry from Punjab University

Any body have done ECA for MSc from punjab university, wes treated Msc equivalent to master degree or bachalor degree???
I hve given document to punjab university last month, but still they have not send document to wes.

16 years of education will be assessed as bachelors qualification......If you completed your MSc. degree after BS Honors it be assessed as Masters degree otherwise Bachelor
