ECA for express entry

Me and my husband have done b. Tech (engineering course of 4 yrs) *fron india.
Do we need to obtain eca either
1. Only for graduation course (b tech)
Or
2.gradution course as well as 12th board also

ECA would be only for graduation, for both of you. I have done that for me and my spouse, we are in pool awaiting ITA

While craeting wes profile , do i need to gill only graduation details.
Can i courier the transcripts by myself to wes.

You have to fill only graduation details.

Courier to WES can be done by you or by the university, the only condition being, the attested transcripts along with the signed application from WES should be in a unopened, sealed and signed envelope.

The envelope would be signed and sealed at the university.

once you register for wes, you will get an email from them with an application form. fill the top section, take this to the university , they will fill the bottom part, staple it with your other attested marksheets/degree certificate and give it to you in a sealed stamped envelope. most indian universities are very familiar with this process. once you get this envelope from them, courier it to wes

You guys should probably check with your uni about their transcript policies and processes: it can vary widely by institute. Mine, for example, showed me the transcript before sealing and stamping the envelope. I also didn't need a form from WES to request transcripts, they had their own. So it depends. I know some unis don't give the transcripts to students and directly mails them to WES instead.
