ECA fees and documents

Hello all
My name is Sandeep .Currently having 7 years of experience
I was filling my ECA application and the documents I want to be evaluated by WES.It shows the price as 200 CAD and delivery extra.

Is it proper ? I heard from friend that he paid around 300CAD + extra delivery last year ...

My qualifications are post graduate + B.Tech + secondary education (10+2)
So I need to provide transcripts for all ?? Currently I have transcripts for B.Tech and soft copies for others apart from original...
Kindly please guide me

I paid $233 with standard delivery. You don't need 10th and 12th.
