I am considering doing a Post Graduate Diploma program from any University that provides Online distance learning like Amity, symbiosis or any other. Will these online PGD's be considered for ECA by wes or any other organisation? And hence be considered in my CRS score? Please advice.
Apart from this any advice for certification courses would be of great help too!
