ECA equivalency Bachelor from India and Masters From China

Dear All;
Need your valuable advice/Suggestion
i have two degree which i need to apply for equivalency Bachelor from India and Masters From China. After going through WES and CHESICC degree from both the country involves different process.

• For the Engineering degree from India (Bangalore) Affiliated to VTU (involves followings process)

1. Apply for WES reference number
2. two part of documents are need to be processed namely (a. Degree Certificate, b. Transcript)
3. For Transcript, ask the VTU, Belgaum to attest and send your documents directly to WES in a sealed envelope. (signed or stamped across the back flap and include WES Reference no on it). WES will not accept documents sent by applicants. Pls guide me i have go to to VTU by person and apply for it or anyother representative can do it for me? do VTU have some internal process, that i need to know before i proceed for it?
4. For Degree Certificate, send a clear and legible copy (Not Orginal) with WES Reference no on it to WES address.

• For Masters Degree from China(Xi'an Jiaotong University).

I have my Degree Certificate and Transcript both in English and Chinese issued by university being a international student, whereas chinese students only receive chinese version only.
So, i went through WES and CHESICC-WES Portal Service. WES site says they have temporary suspended CHESICC services.
my Degree Certificate (i have two one in chinese another one in english)
Transcript ( on the same document its written in english and chinese)

i am still unclear on the process required for my Master degree from China. Could anyone guide me on it.

Hi, I am going to start to do my master degree ECA from CES, that I have one in China. I choose CES because they only need your final degree, while others need your bachelor and secondary education certificate that can be long and horrible if you have degrees from different countries.

Well, Do ECA from China first you have to do your master degree qualification verification from the given link.

It takes only one day to get the verification of your degree and its free of cost. First, they will issue the Chinese verification and then in your inbox, you can choose the English version as well. I hope you know Chinese.

I have seen in the CES website the verification of the degree that has been done from Chinese university can be sent electronically (Only transcript) by your institution. (here I am a bit confused the institution means by the university or the China qualification verification). i have given an email to CES to clear this issue. i will let you know later.
