I had my ECA done through WES back in 2020, my studies are from Australia and I shared documents through MyEquals portal.
Recently for some reason, my university revoked my previous AHEGS (higher education certificate) and issued a new one with nothing but date changed.
I am not sure what caused this reissuance, maybe its just a scheduled procedure (can someone confirm?)
My concern:
The documents I had shared with ECA through MyEquals portal had no sharing expiry date, but now only two documents (Testamur and transcript) are available to them as this one is revoked. I haven't shared the reissued document yet.
Questions:
Do I need to worry about it, or should I just ignore it?
Do I need to get another ECA with latest set of documents?
Do I somehow share the new document with them and ask them to consider it with the previous set? (I dont think this will work)
I contacted WES through contact form but it did not help much.
Edit: I should add that I have submitted my EE profile and currently awaiting invitation.
