I've already submitted the below documents to ECA for evaluation:

1. Academic Transcript, Bachelor Degree

2. Academic Transcript, Master Degree

• 
  Accepted

3. Academic Transcript, Doctor of Philosophy

• 
  Accepted

However, ECA requested the below document in addition:

Degree Confirmation, Doctor of Philosophy

Any idea what's "Degree Confirmation, Doctor of Philosophy"? I mean what's the information required to be included in this "Degree Confirmation, Doctor of Philosophy" that wasn't included in the above already submitted documents?
