ECA - CRS Score confusion

Hi all, I can't seem to find a clear answer so I really hope someone can help. My wife has an engineering diploma, now to contribute toward her CRS score does she also need to get her high school credentials assessed or just her higher diploma?

Would getting her high school credential assessed along with her diploma add to her CRS score or do they only count highest level of education?
