ECA - Compulsory from all institutes

Hi,

I completed my education a decade ago, it is difficult to locate someone in the university now and it was a government university. Is it necessary to send doc via that university. I have all documents, Can I just take color copies and send it in sealed envelop ?

No you cannot seal the transcript yourself in an envelope. You don't have to request someone in your university to send it for you. You can send the transcript yourself as long as it is sealed in an envelope and satisfies other requirements such as have a date, stamped and signed on the back flap by the registrar in your university. I don't remember on the top of my head. Check with your ECA institution.
