Hello my well informed friends,

My education goes like this:

1.) Master's Degree (Highest Degree)
2.) Bachelor's Degree
3.) High school Education

I have only got ECA done for just the Master's Degree alone, considering it was the highest education. And I did not get it done for the Bachelor's Degree. Is it going to be a problem?

Did anyone of you encounter any such similar case?

WES clearly says to evaluate your masters you need to give bachelor degrees as well. If you are done with your masters validation it won't be a problem.

The ECA report must show that your completed foreign credential (degree, diploma or certificate) is equal to a completed Canadian secondary school (high school) or post-secondary credential.

You must submit an ECA for all levels of completed foreign education you want us to consider. It is up to you to decide which credentials to have assessed by a designated organization.

Depending on your case, you may want to have both your secondary and post-secondary credentials assessed, and not just your highest completed foreign credential. You will not get any points for your foreign education under the CRS in Express Entry or be eligible under the FSWP if the result on your ECA report does not match at least one of the results in the conversion table.
I was just confused after reading this text on the CIC website.

Dear ALL

i have somehow the same problem . i have assessed my Bachelore credential by WES since my final Master degree has not been preapared yet . it is going to be readied within 4 months . so i want to open my profile with my bachelore degree then after 4 months i can upgrade it .
the thing i want to know is that , if i am required to use my same WES number or i should register my Master degree to be assessed by another profile and WES number

Many thanks

That is a generic message which doesn't apply in your case. In your case, you already have an ECA that explicitly states that your Masters is equivalent to a Canadian Masters degree. And that's that.

I did the same thing. When you get your master's degree, go back to your WES profile and add it. You will pay for the additional assessment, and get en entirely new report.
