I have finally taken the first step towards EE by having an IELTS exam scheduled by next month. Also, I have created a profile on WES in preparation to get an ECA (my institution in the Philippines was assessed for 4-year bachelors) of my credentials.
IRCC was automatically picked as recipient.
My concern is - as I haven't taken the IELTS and created a profile for EE yet - will WES send the results of my ECA to IRCC after it is completed, even without an EE profile (nor IELTS) yet?
My worry is that they may send it to IRCC immediately and get discarded as no profile is created yet.
Any idea guys? Thank you all so much.
