ECA by WES from Pakistan

Hi all,

I want to get ECA from WES. I have done my bachelor in Computer Science from Pakistan and MSc from London.
I have attested copies of my bachelor degree with transcript in sealed envelope from HEC Karachi office. Do I need to send Intermediate Certificates too ? If yes, can I get it from Inter board in sealed envelop and send it to WES ?
The same question for Master degree.
