ECA by WES for Graduation Degree + CES/ICAS for PGDM

Is it possible to go for ECA evaluation by WES for one degree and other designated organization like CES/ICAS for other degree/PGDM?

Is it allowed as per CIC?

have you got it approved by two different agencies?
I am in the same situation
