Should I wait for the hard copy of the ECA in order to complete the ITA or else the soft copy is enough?

soft is enough... i cant remember seeing hard copy of ECA for myself anyway

If you are applying for OINP, you need the hard copy. For everything else, you don't.

no we dont... soft copy available on WES is fine...

what you are talking about is authorising WES to allow OINP access to check your ECA from their end, even then hard copy is not needed, just need to shell out extra $$$ for that to happen also.

Going for standard delivery is fine. I would never pay extra for the tracked delivery which is such a rip off.
