I am not from India, but i have used FedEx to courier items from Uk > India and vice versa

When they send the ECA report through courier, they also give the tracking number and a link to track.

If you want to submit your application to WES through courier, it is your choice which courier company you want to choose.

DHL is the best courier service. It costs around 2000-3000

Use DHL services, tell them it falls under educational services. they would charge Rs.1390 from Delhi. May vary a little city to city.
