ECA assessment and Express entry Education factor

Hi,
My ECA summary is as follows:

Canadian Equivalency Summary - Bachelor's degree (four years) and comparable to executive management programs offered by graduate schools of business.

Credentials analysis

1 - Bachelor's degree (four years)
2 - Comparable to executive management programs offered by graduate schools of business.

While choosing Express entry Education factor, do I have to choose

1 - Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. OR
2 - Bachelor’s degree or other programs (three or more years) at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

My second degree was a 1 year full time course at IIM. I was told by my friend, who had a similar ECA, that his consultant had asked him to choose 2.

Can someone who has had a similar ECA summary please advise? If we choose 1 (Two or more...), it would help if someone who has submitted the ECA document after getting ITA, share his/her experience.

ECA says bachelors so IMO it's bachelors.

Doesn't matter. If your ECA says Bachelors Degree, then that's what you choose in your EE profile.
