I have a Canadian masters and a non Canadian bachelor. For the peace of mind, I have ordered ECA for my bachelor and sent them my documents, it takes about 20 days to get the report. I am filling my EE and wondering if I l answer no to ECA, can I add the ECA after getting ITA?
Can the information be changed after receiving ITA as long as not going below cutoff?
