ECA - Academic records authentication if living outside India

Hi Everyone,

Can education certificates(CBSE) be authenticated/attested by High Commission of India in the country you are staying in be used for ECA(Educational Credential Assessment) for Canadian Express Entry?
Or these need to be sent to India and be authenticated/attested by CBSE only?
I have a Masters in Business Administration so not sure if the 10th and 10+2 Marksheet and Certificate need to be authenticated ?

Hi.

You do not need your school marksheets to be authenticated. If u have your masters you would just need your bachelors and masters transcripts
