Hello,
I will be an undergraduate student at University of Alberta and I am planning to immigrate under CEC after my bachelor's degree.
I am trying to select my major at the moment and I am wanting to take a program that will easily allow me to have the required one year of skilled experience after graduation.

can anyone recommend me the major for me?
thanks

I don't know about U. Alberta, but some universities (such as U. of Waterloo) offers co-op programs, which you can get some skilled work experience. Go to the univesity's website to learn more.

No one can recommend what u should major without knowing what yr strengths are and yr weakness are. Ask yrself what u can study, what yr interests are, and then decide from there. Dont base yr study on just getting one year of work experience, u have a life time to go, not just ONE year!

U of A has some programs with co-ops that allow u to have 4 mths of work experience even before u graduate each year. So work on some research and do what u have to find out and then take the program that suits u.
