Easiest way to get Canadian Visa

I live in Montreal having PR status, a house wife, my husband works. I wanna call my mother here to canada. She is retired government servant, Pension Holder, Owns a house. Plz let me know what shall be the easiest and quickest way to call my mother?

Either visitor or long term parent visa (10 years but require medical examination).

Visitor visa is much quicker but I believe six months is the maximum allowable time that she can spend here.
