Hi,

I am currently waiting for my temporay working visa/permit. I had my medical examination today. I am expecting to receive my visa this year.
I would like to know the procedures of getting my husband and kids next year. Any idea of the easiest way of getting them?

I am a software consultant, I want to get the, before September school year there.

Thank you.

if you are skilled worker you can sponsor your husband under spouse/commonlaw partner and trv for ur kid. it has a diffrent category whick province or part of canada is you located at.

Hi,

I checked that under this website http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/audience/employers-retention-federal-skilled-worker-program.aspx.. My NOC code in 2171 which is under skill level B. My employer's locaiton in on calgary alberta. Does it right that being a skilled worker I can easily get my husband and kids?

thank you!

make yourself arrive in canada first. then from being employed in canada comes the options that will suit your category. everything lies in processing what a tfw's option to sponsor or reunify family back home.
when you arrive canada while garnering your work period; you yourself will identify what is the best option awaits.

I am Ganesh, working for an organization in Canada under Work permit Category (Intra company transfer). My work permit is supposed to expire by Dec, 2012. My employer said my WP will be filled by end of Nov to CIC. I am a skilled worker and hence my wife got an open WP and she is working for a different organization.

My employer is willing to apply the WP for mine and visitor permit for my wife – it is the company process. I have already placed a request to extend my WP and my wife visitor permit (means my wife’s open WP is getting converted to visitor permit and eventually she may loose the job).

Some of my colleagues suggest to pull the application placed by my organization and apply online later to my application placed by my organization (as my spouse’s WP should not reach CIC before my application approval).

Question:
Can my WP and my spouse WP can be applied separately?
If my application is applied online and is my spouse application for Open WP also requires to be applied online?
If I apply my Spouse application online, how my spouse organizations agree that she is legally allowed to stay in Canada?
Does it need to go through any legal process as a proof for the organization that the OWP has been applied?
How the SIN will work for her until she gets the open WP?
The only document what we have will be the receipt for paying 150 dollar fee for the application fee, will it be enough for any organization to allow to continue to work ?
