I am currently in ontario on PGWP and I am having a hard time to gather my points. I have created EE profile and I had below 400 points. I have diploma degree in canada so I can't even qualify under human capital stream in ontario since they are askingbfor bachloar degree and I can't speak french. My question is there an easy PNP in canada that I can apply online while I am in ontario or even a job offer stream from other province that's easy?
