Easiest course/college for student visa

Hi,

I am a PR and would like my sister and her 2 kids to come to Canada. She doesn't qualify to be a PR. Please suggest easiest route for student visa so that she can come to Canada with her dependent kids.

i dont believe there is such a thing as "easiest" course. you would have to choose a course where you think she would be successful. what did she take up in college? has she taken the ielts already?
