Ease for 2nd application

Hi

I'm 22, was granted a SP in 2013, came back to my home country already. I am planning on applying for a SP again in 2015 for another education in the same field of study. Does it get any better to get a SP the 2nd time if you were granted it once, or past visas dont matter at all?

First of all past visaz matter a lot. Secondly as you said that you have completed a course and after completion,came back to your home country..that shows that you are a genuine student. So according to me all this matters and in my opinion you would be ease in getting SP again only if your proposed study is relevant and showing some progression in your studies.. rest all...Best of Luck..!!
