Early traveling with student permit

Hi everyone

I will travel to Canada from Hong Kong at the start of August and my class will be started at the end of September. I am also vaccinated.
Some mentioned that abroad earlier than 4 weeks is likely to be denied.
It will be better for me to play safe and reschedule my flight but I prefer not to do so in order to travel with my friend.

I am wondering if I need to change my traveling date and any official sources for the 4 weeks limit? Thank you guys.

You can search in threads for similar conversation over the past couple of weeks. There is no official link from IRCC but people have shared tweets and responses they received from CBSA and IRCC officials.

"It will be better for me to play safe and reschedule my flight ..." - seems to me like you already know what your safest option is. Decision is yours.
