Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1. You should support yourself and your family as long as you can, its a universal principle, one needs to feed themselves and family regardless of where they live. Canada will not provide any financial support otherwise nobody will ever work.

2. If you cannot support yourself after 6 months then you need to find a job, it may or may not be in your field of study

3. You will have to check jobsites such as workopolis, monster.ca etc

4. I know of a friend of mine who was there, he said there are lots of old people and there is moderate level of racism and discrimination. Its expected considering small town and visible minorities.
