eAPR-AOR Employment Letters switched places

I came back to check after received AOR and notice that my employment letters switched places. When uploading documents, I have two placeholders for employment letters (with no job title on the slot) so I upload two of mine in each slot. But today when I logged in back after receiving AOR, I noticed each slot now have the job title name which previously doesn't have. I uploaded employment letter for job A in job B slot and vice versa. Is it going to be a problem?

I think IRCC is not that brutal to reject your app due to this minor problem. Of course, they can view your all the employment records through your file.

It should be fine, I guess.

My letters got jumbled up too. I raised a CSE but they did not reposng to it

Mine are not correct either, but they changed to this after my medicals passed. When I uploaded, it just asked for jobs 1-4. I did them most recent and worked backwards, but now the jobs are named and in chronological order, but my uploads are still the reverse. CIC made the change, so I can't see how they can refuse based on this. The documents are still submitted for the officer to review. They should easily be able to see the error and, as it has happened to so many, it must be obvious that it is a system error, not ours.

I've just logged back on and my jobs are numbered again, not named. They were named on Friday.

No other changes sadly

We have already submitted them, now nothing could be done from our side. Right?

Then why to bother about it too much? If the documents are jumbled upon, then it could be a glitch from system's side, not ours.
Still we HAVE provided all the required documents, no matter in which order.

Just sit back and relax! And, eagerly wait for your PPR!

I submitted my application yesterday. I am not sure what even went to which line item as I had same designations (different locations) for both placeholders. Also when I saw yesterday, I remember seeing employment_record_designation in document name.. today it just shows employment records, employment records 2 in Document name section. Does it change this way?

Also how do we know if the medical got linked to our account as we are just uploading the emedical print out as proof of medical employment? I mean when the passport numbers, UMI numbers get linked to our profile and show correct updates?

1) Documents name will change automatically after you upload them. It's system-generated.

2) I guess, we don't see any changes in our medical section. All it comes written is "You do not require medicals at this time."
However, those who have got their PPR would correctly answer this.

Don't worry about this. I had the same issue and it didn't stop me from getting PPR

Yeah, even the changed one keeps changing. I didn't see designations a while ago in document name columns, now I see again!

I am glad that they let us see the full document name even after submission that helps us understand what is what in each section! I can't keep cross checking it with the documents that I have every now and then!

I'd tell you my experience about system glitch.

Once I entered all the details in my online application form post-ITA
the upload field for LOE was not there! Seeing this I was shocked n worried how I would be able to explain some of my matters.
But what I did was I logged out of my account and logged in to my account again after 2 minutes.
Amd
Eureka! Field for LOE was there!

So sometimes it happens.. Not to worry.

So sometimes it happens.. Not to worry.

Oh that kept disappearing and coming every time when I uploaded a document and came back. Had to catch hold of it by uploading the document as and when it became available.

I also had done the same. Once it appeared, I immediately uploaded LoE, and then I started to upload other documents.

Don't worry about this. I had the same issue and it didn't stop me from getting PPR
