E-signature on the forms?

For submission, I would like to know how to proceed :

1. Email the docs so that he can print and sign them with a pen then send them to me in Canada by DHL?
2. Send the forms by DHL, he signs them with a pen and then sends them back to me by DHL?
3. Send the scanned forms, then he signs and send the scanned copies to me. Then I print and sign with a pen and rescan again (his signature might not look as fresh as mine)
