E- medical photo taken by the clinic

The clinic clicked a photograph which is on a slant, zoomed in, im almost looking somewhere else....and just horrible, for the upfront e- medical.
Would that be an issue?

I read a document by cic mandating clinics to click photographs according to certain specs. I dont know how old that document was..
