e-mail 'your application has been updated' - see no change

Hi everyone,

I received an e-mail some hours ago with the mention of 'Your application has been updated'. However, I see no messages, no ITA, no nomination, no change in my points...

Would there be a reason for this? I did not have a birthday and my points remain the same. The only thing I can think about is that since 1 September I am working for 5 years for the same company. I started there exactly 5 years ago. But then again, my points remain the same...

anyone has an explanation for this?

This is very common; I think all applicants get these messages.
It doesn't mean anything; don't worry about it.

The only thing we dont get is an email of ITA and nomination from OINP.

we call such email ghost email, dont worry about it

That is probably means that IRCC's officer open your file, nothing too worried.
