Anju, I think emailing them won't help. They will give you a standard reply saying that your file is in queue and wait.

if u'r a college applicant sooner or later u'll receive ur refusal letter. at this stage u should better off be working on getting an admission in university and once u have that in hand then try get in touch with embassy to send ur stuff back....
