E-mail sent by IRCC notifying upfront medical required for ITA candidates.

It says that upfront medical is now required when you accept ITA. But I haven't even got an ITA in the July 6th draw.
My CRS score is 503 in the FSW category. Is it a good sign or just everyone has received this reminder?
