Hi All,
I have a honest question regarding my particular situation and the reality faced for a lot of people that are applying to EE.
Me and my wife already both carry Work Permits validate until Oct/2021. Together we have 458 points, but if i apply alone I can increase considerably my chances to receive the ITA, with 480 points.
I know that this topic is regularly discussed in previous posts, but the majority of answers and situation are related to 2017 or 2018, a moment where the average minimum score was below 450, or even less.
So, considering the current scenario and some other cases involving profile banning for not provide sufficient justification or in a opposite way successful cases receiving ITA after the applicant state that the real reason to not include the wife is the lower score, which advice I can collect from these cases?
As my wife is already with me at Canada and we both carry Work Permits, do you think that would be a risk to be denied? Or if I explain through a LOE or before in the portal, when I selected NO and if the CIC ask why, I will say the truth, I would still have chances to receive the invitation?
Thank you so much.
